Payments for consulting services, strategy sessions, and digital advisory work are non-refundable once initiated or delivered.
Digital products (documents, templates, reports, or downloads) are non-returnable and non-refundable, as delivery is instant and irrevocable.
For long-term projects, refunds or cancellations are governed by the specific contract or Statement of Work (SOW) signed with the client.
Clients may cancel future sessions or services by contacting us directly. Any completed or ongoing work will be billed proportionately.
